Bibimbap Bowl

Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish of rice mixed with assorted vegetables, meat and fried egg. Bibim means "mix" and bap means "rice". The colors of the namul (vegetables) mixed with the bright red gochujang (red pepper paste), the fried egg against white rice make this dish visually striking.
