Growing up in Korea we used to say, "a bowl of rice, little bit of meat, little bit of vegetable and a fried egg, you are home." Mixing Bowl is not a fast food experience – it's like eating your mother's cooking, prepared with love and care.
We are committed to the use of fine, all-natural ingredients. Our meats are free of antibiotics and our vegetables are bought daily from local markets.

One of our passions is giving back to the community – we believe strongly in supporting charities. For this reason we give a small portion of our revenue to local philanthropic organizations. Here is some information on two of these groups.
Alternative House: Alternative House helps homeless teens, at-risk youth, and young mothers. It provides them with shelter, food, counseling, and support.
SPARC: SPARC helps young adults with lifelong physical and/or mental disabilities. SPARC provides opportunities to contribute to the community, to learn, and to foster their unique abilities. We help SPARC continue its mission and so we all can benefit from the unique gifts of its members.
